Forever by Chanda Hahn
Okay, Spoilers if you haven’t read any of the books STOP don’t read anymore! Leave and go read to my post about Unenchanted first and start the series. Go on! It’s a GREAT book! Leave go read the first books! Are you gone? Only people who have read the series still here? Okay good we can start! First off I LOVED it! wasn’t what I was expecting but completely wonderful. All the twists were great and perfectly executed! I mean at one point I was a little nervous she wasn’t going to get the happily ever ending she deserved but she did, all her friends did and it was great!
So we start back at the site where the Godmother’s were station looking at all the damage. And that’s where Mina learns what a death reaper is. After all her friends band together to help fight and protect they get into a little trouble at a school fair… ok BIG trouble! Teague shows up and he is not alone. After watching and seeing all the destruction he was causing Mina makes a deal to hand over the dagger and herself to protect her family, friends and her world. She doesn’t tell her friends about the deal and instead makes plans with each of them leading them to safety. Mina and Ever have a plan to get rid of Teague but after having a vision in a dream of how it works Mina runs away and gives herself to Teague.
Stuck as his prisoner Mina starts to see the man she fell in love with and thinks she has a way to set him free when she’s kidnapped/rescued by some surprising fae. Furious that she has left and lie to him again he sets off after her leading an army to destroy her world but he isn’t the only one out to destroy it! Can Mina Save Teague and not only her world but his?
In this book we get to see a whole new side to Mina! She comes into a power she’s always had but never knew. This book shows you that love is stronger than hate and a surprising twist she did leave it open at the end so there could be more adventures! Mina’s tale may be through but that doesn’t mean they all are. This book kept me on my toes and I finished it much too fast, but it was just that good! Forever was really a page turner!
I give this book 5 stars! A great end to a wonderful series!

Well this book was not what I expected! At first it was really slow and kind of boring, and I kept stopping thinking to myself why did I tell everyone on my blog I was reading this I don’t want to give a bad review but I already told them I was reading this, but towards the middle it started to get good. Grace is an average teen girl who is bullied and has a major crush on the most popular guy in school who is also dating her worst enemy Sonny Westwood.
Sonny is the girl we all hate. Perfect hair, perfect skin, perfect boyfriend, perfect life, and for some reason she hates Grace! Grace doesn’t understand why she hates her but she does. When Grace starts to tutor Tristen, Sonny’s boyfriend, Grace can’t help like him more and more and it seems as if he is feeling the same way and when Tristen help Grace at school after passing out Sonny declares war! Little did she know Grace wasn’t going to go down without a fight! The only problem is something weird is going on with her body and she is getting the weirdest urges.
Grace has always eaten a lot of food but now it doesn’t seem to be enough! When she wakes up in the morning she looks sick and lifeless but after a good meal she looks normal but then normal. But as the day wears on she starts feeling sick and craves anything all I have to say is poor Fluffy!
This book will make you cringe! And after you read what she does because of her weird hungry, well let’s just say I would never be able to live myself if I did what she did! This was a really great twist on the zombie genre! If you decide to read stick with it! It will get better, but if you have a weak stomach STAY AWAY!
I give this book 2 stars
Thank you and Read on and enjoy!

I loved this book. In the beginning you meet Mina Grime a girl who doesn’t have any luck! She keeps a notebook title “Unaccomplishments and Epic Disasters” I myself could write a book my very own. Mina is 15 on a school filed trip where she saves the boy of her dreams, Brody Carmichael, from certain death little did she know that when she did she accepted a task that every another family member before her has fail.
Mina discovers that she is really a Grimm and that she is next in line to finish fairytales in order to kick out the evil fae and close the portals forever. Mina her best friend Nan, Brody, and a mysterious boy Jared embark on the adventure together, with a special book called the Grimoire, to finish what has never been finish so Mina’s little brother Charlie won’t ever have to face the same fate.
This book was amazing right after I was finished I had to read the next one! Each one gets better and better! I fell in love with the characters, and even wished I could jump into the book and help Mina fight of the fae. This book is the stepping stone into an adventure of full of twists and turns! You never know what to except! This is the kind of book where you wish you could read it again like it was the first time, you’re so sad that it’s over but are excited to go ahead and buy the next book to find out what happens next! Read it and tell me what you think!
I give this book 4 Stars!!!

The Faerie Guardian (Creepy Hollow Book 1) by Rachel Morgan
This book was amazing! The details and how well it was written I was completely taking to another world full of color, amazing trees and many different creatures. I can still picture it in my head the world Rachel Morgan created. When you finish reading this book you’ll be heading back to amazon to get the next one so you can start reading it right away! And then when you finish you’ll find yourself starting all over so you can experience this world again.
I don’t want to spoil this book to much so I’m going to be a little brief but this is a MUST READ! The main character is Violet. She is a faerie training to become a guardian, she is the top of her class and she wants to keep it that way no matter what the cost. When you first start reading Violet is watching her assignment Nate who is sleeping onto of his books and as she’s watching him she can’t help but think he is cute. When the serpent women that she was waiting for enters she saves Nate, but in doing so he sees her and then follows her through the portal to Creepy Hollow.
She is then turned in by Ryn her revile for the top of class. She is order to take Nate back to the human realm without the use of the faerie portal because he might not survive the trip back, and then give him the forget potion. As they leave they run into a little trouble and fight through it together when they make it back to his house she ends up making a decision that could risk not only her rank in school, if it were found out, but she wouldn’t be able to a guardian at all.
I’m telling you finish this book you’ll be heading to the store to buy The Faerie Prince (Creepy Hollow book 2) right away and while you’re there might as well pick up book three and save yourself some time!
I give this book 5 stars!
Read and enjoy and then leave me your thought in the comments!
This is a Kindle Unlimited book!
What are you reading this week? I want to know. Is it a book you’ve been waiting to come out? or is just a book you picked up at the bookstore weeks ago and now you finally have to for it? Are you excited about sitting down and getting so you can just read for hours with no interruptions? let me know in the comments below!
This week I’m reading Turning Grace by J. Q. Davis.
Here’s what it’s about:
Everything seems ordinary for Grace Watkins. With the exception of her abnormal obsession for B-rated slasher movies and a strange hunger that is building inside her with each passing day, her life is as typical as any other senior at Middleton High.
The only issue Grace has is keeping her protective best friend away from giving her lone enemy, the ever-so-popular Sonny Westwood, a classic schoolyard beat down. It doesn’t help that Grace has had a secret crush on Sonny’s man, Tristen, since the first day she laid eyes on him.
But as one of her favorite nights of the year approaches, Grace begins to realize there may not be anything…normal about her. Her body is changing and her appetite is growing. Her urges are intensifying and becoming uncontrollable. And she just…wants…more.
What happens when something or someone stands in the way of feeding her need?
Better yet, what the hell is wrong with her?
I think it sounds good and I’ll have a book review up for you soon when I finish it. I love paranormal but it’s also Horror, as you get to know I’m not a very big Horror fan I find I have an overactive imagination, but I think I can mange this book.
Keep on reading!
Book 5 comes out Monday June 8!
Forever by Chanda Hahn
This is one of my all time favorite series! I always mark on my calendar when the next book comes out and book 5 was no exception! The only thing different about this time is that I’m challenging all of you to read all 4 books plus one short before the Forever comes out Monday. The challenge starts Wednesday June 3 where we’ll read book 1 UnEnchanted. This book is free for Kindle.
Sunday: Bonus short Jared’s Quest
Monday: FOREVER comes out!
Slightly Stalky by Amy Vansant.
I really enjoyed this book! It’s so relatable, I bet every girl has stalked at guy one way or another. Weather you follow him through the hallways at school in hopes of bumping into him so you have an excuse to talk to him, driving by his house with your girlfriends in the car planning on doing a stake out, or following every single media outlet watching his every move trying to avoid liking something from 3 years ago! So when Emily see Sebastian at the bar playing darts we can all understand why she goes all out and gets everything she’ll need to darts just so she can continue to see him and maybe even strike up a conversation. She even asks her friend Tessa if it’s okay to stalk him (lol)! We she shows up at his work my heart stops because it was so embarrassing!
The characters weren’t perfect people they all had their problems and flaws. The main Character Emily cracks me up! I can sort of relate to her body problem with I could never get away without wearing a bra we just have different reason, trust me you’ll fall over your ass laughing when she explains how she got a new FedEx guy. “You feelin’ lucky?” Kady and Emily share a friendship that very girl shares with her best friend. When your best friend has a broken heart you do whatever she wants even if it seems odd.
Sebastian is living with Greta, and a “blind” Shih Tzu, a girl he use to date and is trying very hard to finally break it off with her but is having a hard time actually doing it. When he meets Emily he its like a breath of fresh while a little nutty air. He wants to date her there’s just two problems, his crazy girlfriend and no housing. He refuses to move in with Emily so they head off to find him a new place so he can finally get out of Greta’s reach but there doesn’t seem to be anything that will work for him.
You will really go through an adventure with Emily and all the other characters. You won’t be able to put the book down waiting to see if Sebastian and Emily will actually end up together! So sit back, relax, and enjoy a Chicken Club while you read!
Hope you enjoy reading this as much as I do!
I give this book 3 stars!
